Call Divert

Most telephone service lines providers have the call divert system available. Typically this costs between £1 and £2 per month. If you are diverting your mobile to us then the calls would normally come out of your contract minutes as we supply you with a geographic number to divert to. When you have it available on your line you have the following options:

  • To divert all incoming calls
  • To divert calls when you are engaged
  • To divert calls when you don’t answer after several rings

    Divert all calls
    To switch on *21* [number we give you] #

    To cancel #21#

    Divert on busy
    To switch on *67* [number we give you] #
    To check *#67#
    To cancel #67#

    Divert on no response
    To switch on *61* [number we give you] #
    To check *#61#
    To cancel #61#

    If you are on a Telewest network then:

    All incoming calls: *70 [number we give you] #
    To cancel: #70

    All busy calls: *76 [number we give you] #
    To cancel: #76

    All no response calls: *77 [number we give you] #
    To cancel: #77

    To set this up on a mobile:

    Most business phones and iPhones you can go into the phone settings and then select
    Call Forwarding.
