Do you charge for nuisance calls?

No, we do not charge you or pass on sales calls, nuisance calls, hang ups, or people looking for a job (unless you are advertising a position).

Are there any setup fees?

No, we do not currently charge any setup fees.

How long does it take to setup?

Once you have signed up, it can take between 30-60 minutes to have you setup during office hours.

What phone number will I get?

When you sign up, you can select which geographic dialling code you prefer (ie 020, 0131 etc.). Alternatively you can select an 0845 non-geographic number.

Is there a monthly charge with Pay As You Go?

No, when you purchase your call credits, they are yours, any not used within a month are carried forward, all we ask is that you have at least one genuine call per month.

What hours do you operate?

We answer calls live Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (excluding Public/Bank holidays), out with these hours callers are invited to leave a message which we pass on the next business day morning.

Who answers my calls?

All calls are answered by our Scottish based team.

I am on PAYG, how do I know when my credits run out?

We send you an email when you are running low, with a link for you to topup online should you wish to.
